    When: “Contact” form
    Why: to respond to your request

    When: on each visit, only after your consent

We do not collect any sensitive data (ethnic origin, health, opinions, etc.).

  • MailerLite: email delivery

  • Stripe: payments (if applicable)

All these providers comply with GDPR or are covered by standard contractual clauses (SCC) for transfers outside the EU.

  • Marketing contacts: 24 months after last interaction or until unsubscribe

  • “Contact” messages: 12 months

  • Analytical cookies: 13 months (Wix setting)

  • Billing data: 10 years (legal accounting requirement)

  • Encrypted HTTPS connection

  • Dashboard access protected by strong password + two-factor authentication

  • Regular backups on Wix servers

7. Your rights (Art. 15-22 GDPR)
You have the following rights: access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability.
